東元今年家電營收衝刺百億元 - 聯合新聞網

東元 (1504)搶攻年輕人家電市場商機，今天正式與台師大簽約合作推出「東元台師大青春創藝季」，將藝術活動導入傳統賣場，同時也推出全新節能一對多冷氣及冰箱產品，力拚家電事業營收達成百億元的目標。

東元今天的活動由東元集團會長黃茂雄、東元集團總經理邱純枝親自出席，除了為新品造勢外，將與台師大校長張國恩簽署合作，今年暑假將推出「2013東元台師大青春創藝季」活動，這次與台師大合作，讓傳統家電賣場有新的變革，將家電通路引入藝文風，未來台師大的學生會依序在這個平台推出不同的藝文活動，包括音樂、美術等表演。

　　剛剛接通電源，電視機後蓋就冒起了火；插上電熱水器，只聽見 “砰”的一聲，內膽已經爆裂……一些從二手市場淘到的電器，儼然成為威脅消費者生命安全的殺手，其根源就在于家電的超期服役。正因如此，今年全國“兩會”期間，格力電器董事長董明珠提出取消二手家電市場。

　　一石激起千層浪。一個普通家庭，使用的家用電器數量大多有數十件，它們當中有多少屬于“超期服役”？對于家電的使用年限，市民又是否清楚？二手市場的存在，對于家用電器 “超期服役”的影響有多大？近日，本報記者對此進行了調查。

　　家電“超期服役”很普遍

　　記者在太原隨機選擇了15個家庭 （38位消費者）做了個小調查，得到的數據讓人有點吃驚。幾乎每個家庭都有使用期超過10年的家電。在人員構成中，他們中有政府機關公務員、企事業單位職工，也有退休在家的教師。對于記者調查的家電使用年限，卻無一人能正確回答。接近50%的消費者對電視機、冰箱、洗衣機等家用電器有使用年限一說，表示不太清楚。其中，退休教師康先生的說法頗具代表性。他認為，購買家電後，只要電器能用，就不會因為出現新品或新功能主動更換；即便電器偶爾出現故障，也是以修為主，實在無法維修才會換新的。

3C通路硬是要力拚淡季，全國電子數位家電體驗館內壢店昨天開幕，也同時啟動變頻家電2千元回饋補貼活動，非變頻機種也有買萬送千優惠。

去年政府釋出節能家電補貼2千元利多，3C通路大發利市，今年政府未有任何動作，全國電子推出買變頻冰箱、空調、洗衣機就即享2千元折價的促銷活動，搭配15期零利率，要讓3C通路的「三窮四絕」淡季熱絡起來。

全國電子數位家電體驗館內壢店昨天開幕，單店業績上衝300萬元，全國電子總經理彭成兆表示，新店面位於都會周邊生活區，3C通路資源相對不多，但值得開發，今年數位家電體驗館預計全台開到30家，桃園地區就將占8家。

Google Glass 是目前 Google 正全力開發的計畫，21 日流出的專利顯示它可以操控家電。

Google Glass 是目前科技界最熱門的產品，不論是支持者或是反對者都想知道 Google Glass 到底有什麼能耐。21 日釋出的 Google Glass 專利顯示，它將可以遙控冰箱、印表機和車庫門。

根據 Google 在美國專利商標局所申請的專利顯示，Google Glass 將可以透過視覺判斷、QR Code、RFID、藍牙和紅外線判別可控制的裝置，一旦 Google Glass 連線到可控制的裝置後，Google Glass 就可以下載關於該裝置的資料，其中也包含了控制介面。

回收體係建設別遺忘了小家電的困境 - 新華網

　　應當利用好電子廢棄物，當成“城市礦山”，而不是留下“環境炸彈”。為此，本屆兩會上，全國人大代表、格力電器董事長、總裁董明珠代表提交了係列建議，呼吁建立廢舊家電強制報廢制度，以完善立法來促進電子廢棄物回收產業發展。

　　廢舊家電中含有貴重金屬，對其進行回收和專業處理，既可避免造成污染，也能對資源進行再利用，具有生態保護和循環經濟的雙重價值。目前，我國已出臺了《循環經濟促進法》和《廢棄電器電子產品回收處理管理條例》。但歸于現實，廢舊家電難回收，卻是不爭的尷尬。

　　董明珠代表的係列建議，正好指出了原因所在。一則，對于家電的強制性報廢，我國目前並無法律規定。家用電器超過安全使用年限，卻仍在“服役”的情況，比較常見，回收也就無從談起。二則，法律不完備。比如《循環經濟促進法》雖提出了“強制回收名錄”，劃定了消費者的責任，但仍然是一個寬泛的框架。2012年，有媒體稱，強制回收的包裝物名錄及管理辦法、限制生產銷售的一次性產品名錄等《循環經濟促進法》配套法律條文，有望5年內陸續出臺。法律配套的滯後，由此可見。另一方面，《廢棄電器電子產品回收處理管理條例》雖然配套了《廢棄電器電子產品處理目錄》，但條例本身並未劃定消費者的責任。

　　與此對應的是，目前，我國的電器回收多採用鼓勵的形式，以激發全民參與。比如“以舊換新”。但這種模式僅是階段性的，不可持續。一旦優惠政策停止，在廢棄家電的處理上，消費者難免又回到小作坊的“懷抱”中。畢竟，相較于正規的廢舊電器處理企業，這些小作坊的技術和處理都不專業，成本耗費更低，在家電回收上具有“喊價”優勢。
